I am pleased to announce the new forum at torahtimes.
Everyone is welcome regardless of your point of view. The rules are
basically centered around the idea that points of view that I disagree with should not drown out (exceed) my own responses either in volume or numbers, or the responses of others in agreement with me. I'll let anyone know when they exceed their limit before I become actionably unfriendly. As this has not happened on this blog, I am not too concerned that any of my blog readers will be a problem.
So there is freedom to present opposing ideas. Expecially welcomed are discussions of bible chronology, prophecy, the gospel, economics, the kingdom, translations, and anything else relevant to the bible or the faithful in Yeshua that you may wish to post.

Hi Dan. I'm not sure if I should post this here, or on you email but... you know me, I hear stuff and I get to questioning or wondering about things...Anyway, what are those scriptures again about Israel being destroyed (or partly anyway) before a call goes out to believers all over to go there??? And also, lots of people are talking (understandably) lots of trouble here for the U.S., and that we should get out of the cities asap and into the country, and start stocking food etc. Even Mark who is not post-trib, is talking like this, and has some ideas (again) reminiscient of the Patriot movement: And he is thinking of America as the daughter of Babylon (mostly from the book of the same name). Also Van Impe has mentioned 2012 as a year of a great deal happening... so maybe some of the ideas are coming from there. But, should we indeed be worried, and try to get out of the cities (even small ones) soon, and get to where we can grow some food etc.--although I don't know how some of us would be able to be totally self sufficient without much money to start with. What are your (or anyone's ) thoughts on this, and scripture-wise, what should we as believers be doing now, as our economy dwindles, and as we wait for God's further leading in regard to Israel etc. Also, is this something we can think about in terms of, trying to get several of us "same thinkers" to one area in the U.S. Maybe all to one kind of rural area together??? Thanks for indulging my questions again on this issue of "last days."

I hope you have heard from Dan by now, maybe by email. He has been very busy working on the website. He has mentioned you to me and I would like to get to know you, as I think we would be like-minded. I hope you will register at the new forum and join in the discussions. Your post would be a good one to post there as well.
